●        Ensure that items received are processed that is sensored and stored in the proper shelves in place as per the brand and Alshaya Standards.

Main duties:

Prepare local purchase orders using sage pastel to different suppliers.
Effective proactive liaison with user department as necessary to forecast, and determine re-order levels.
Solicit for quotations for the company’s supplies/ equipment requirements both locally and internationally including internet searches.
Ensure that disposal procedures for equipment are followed.
Compile and maintain approved suppliers information both local and foreign suppliers.
Generating timely management reports for purchases, issues and balances of each stock item and any reports as required by management.
Documentation and updating of records on procurement activities, plans, and disposal.
Ensuring that orders are procured and available to the end users within the established timeframe.
