● Supervise receipt of items delivered from the warehouse.
● Ensure that items received are processed that is sensored and stored in the proper shelves in place as per the brand and Alshaya Standards.
● Ensure that the items received are displayed at the shop floor for purchase by customers.
● Ensure that the items like lingerie, and apparel are arranged in a proper way that is in a certain collection with the same frame and in colour arrangement as per and limited brands standards in the stock room.

Main duties:
Prepare local purchase orders using sage pastel to different suppliers.
Effective proactive liaison with user department as necessary to forecast, and determine re-order levels.
Solicit for quotations for the company’s supplies/ equipment requirements both locally and internationally including internet searches.
Ensure that disposal procedures for equipment are followed.
