DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Ensure optimum Uganda breweries brands availability and visibility in all outlets.
• Achieve sales volume, objectives, rates of sales drivers, executions standards in retail trade.
• Report key field information to the regional sales manager and agree on follow up plans.
• Route creation and development to ensure effective distribution and full range availability of all spirits portfolio in the right outlets.

Specific Responsibilities:
 Ensure all selected and participating Stockiest have their weekly purchase targets clearly displayed at their stores.
 Encourage stockiest to purchase full range of Uganda Breweries Limited brands.
 Audit stocks every morning to ascertain opening stocks and advise the stockiest to purchase the missing stocks to avoid out of stocks.
 Follow up on pending orders of the respective stockiest and ensure quick delivery from the depot.
 Make price of all UBL Brands clearly visible at the stockiest point to all customers.
 Ensure all purchases of the stockiest are captured and quickly updated in the DMS/Distributor Management Solution System.

 Implementing New Guinness Pricing from 72500/ to 60000 per crate and 3500/ to 3000/ Per bottle through placement of Price Paper/Abs Posters in all outlets on all routes.
