I have been working as a Technical Support Representative in various Business Process Outsourcing Companies in Cebu, Philippines for most of my career as a B.S. Computer Science graduate. The clients I worked with includes DELL Computers, DocuSign and Geek Squad. Most of my job functions focus on troubleshooting hardware and software issues on customers’ computers. I worked as a Remote Desktop Support Specialist for Geek Squad. As an agent for Geek Squad, I perform advanced software repair and installations on a customer’s computer by troubleshooting via remote service tools. I also undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of customer’s computer problems and issues. My other experience was working as a part-time Technical Assistant while studying B.S. Computer Science to avail the school’s free-tuition scholarship program at Asian College of Technology. As a Technical Assistant, my job functions include network, hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting of the employees and students’ computers.
