    • Assures all arriving and departing Military crew has necessary documents and stamps.
    • Provides assistance and escorts to the military crew for safe entry and entry in the airport.
    • Collects passports from Ship’s Suppo or Purser or JSO.
    • Checks and arranges the passports and its document requirements.
    • Ensures that the passports are stamped accordingly before turnover to the Ship’s Suppo or Purser or duty agents.
    • Provides general information and inquiries to the USShip’s crew.
    • Monitors the itinerary of the crew.
    • Coordinates with Ship Agents for important activities.

    QUARANTINE PROCESSOR
    • Ensures the vessel has the proper documentations for Quarantine.
    • Checks and arranges the documents required by Philippine Department of Health.
    • Coordinates to Quarantine Officer for issuance of clearance and provides information for medical attention of crew.

    • Ensures the vessel entry/exit clearances and amendments are submitted and approved by the Seaport Authority.
    • Coordinates and advises the Seaport Authority Port Com on advances or delays of the ship.
