Responsibilities: I provide administrative support duties and I provide support to the Assistant Managing Director to ensure the smooth running of activities in the Tender Department. To this effect I perform specifically the following duties:
Searching through the Ghanaian dailies for tender advertisement, in order to participate for tender, by submitting of the necessary requirements or documents on the due date for tender participation.
Liaising with Accounts Department on payment advice received and the issuance of receipts accordingly.
Follow – up on cheques and payments from clients for goods and service offered.
