Duties and Responsibilities

Ø  Mechanical piping:

Studying the  Engineering design, construction and commissioning of facilities for SCADA  of each Oil wellheads
Planning ,Supervising, Executing the fabrication work of piping as per drawings (Isometric, P&ID, GA drawings)
Proficient with present construction methodologies (WPS) & Specification such as ASME B31.3 , calculations of line sizing, material selection, isolation requirements, valve selections systems in compliance with quality standards.
Obtaining Permit to work (PTW) & Tool box meeting shall be completed prior to carry out the job reviewing tie in points and pipeline routing for new wellheads.
Raising quality check inspection report of completed work and co-ordinating with QC Dept, and client’s representative for Hydrostatic pressure test and Radioactivity tests.
Reporting to Piping section head, giving updates & feedback of daily piping activities & Handling daily workflow to achieve required targets planned for the week/month.
Co-ordinating and executing team work with Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil  Dept to smooth run of the project.
Ensuring HSE induction prior deployment in the site and attending daily tool box meeting. Identify and evaluate problems that may represent risks or hazardous to personnel or equipment
