Job Title: Senior HR Executive                                                                                        Reporting to: Group Head- HR

*         Provide staffing and recruitment consultation in identifying, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates for the vertical across all ETG locations.

*         Onboarding/ Induction of the employees.

*         Participate actively in the annual workforce planning and budgeting exercise for the assigned departments and liaise with respective Country Heads/Functional Heads to facilitate during the process of ascertaining the required no of headcount based on the business plan.

*         Handling Terminations, resignations & Full & Final Settlement, Promotions and transfers of employees.

*         Provide support to monthly payroll (all associated activities) and periodic remuneration and benefit programs (e.g. salary increases and bonus etc).

*         Draft Key Result Areas & Responsible for the implementation of the PMS for the entire vertical operation; working closely with the line managers towards aligning individual goals to the Business.

*         Implement and monitor the execution of the annual performance appraisal system for the assigned department and ensure that the PMS timelines and process of evaluation is adhered at all levels and that all eligible staff are evaluated in a most transparent manner by their immediate Line Managers / Supervisors in the review period.

*         Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

*         Advise department heads on HR issues and local laws

*         Organizing staff events (engagement activities, team building etc)

*         Provide Global Coordination for operational activities (Africa , SE Asia, UAE) and serve as a SPOC for HR HQ and other business entities.

*         Handling HR Operations for ETG Pulses & Sesame division across countries (Africa, UAE, India, South East Asia, Australia etc.)

*         Implementing the Ramco HRMS system in ETG providing comprehensive coverage of HR functions, streamlining processes,

*         Ensure that all HR related documents / files (physical / electronic on Ramco system) are up to date and maintained and kept in a secure manner.

Job Title: Senior Officer- HR

 

*         SPOC on all HR aspects including operational services for external clients and internal business units to ensure timelines are met as per agreed Service Level Agreement to regulate costs

*         Successfully manage and monitor induction and onboarding process for all candidates on boarding.

*         Effectively implement and accomplish employee verification & screening software system

*         Making sure the onboarding of the employees meet the set deadlines.

*         Forecasting the joining and off boarding for associates under each client to fill the gap and maintain uniform head count.

*         Coordinating with offshore HR teams to ensure efficient onboarding for international hires/recruits at client level.

*         Liaising with PRO, prepare and arrange the associates paperwork and folders.

*         Assess and resolve visa applications within agreed benchmarks and analyze information and reach a decision quickly and justify this decision both orally and in writing.

*         Provide high quality, efficient and visa application processing which meets published standards and provide all applicants with a firm, fast and fair service.

*         Implementation of document management system. Compile and keep all employee personal records.

*         Applying for the selected candidates with the whole applications (work permit, MOL approvals, entry work permits, medical applications, etc…)

*         Preparing offer letters for prospective applicants and also Salary certificate, NOC and other required letters

 

*         Organize all Employee official paperwork, arrange medical tests, passport, and visa stamping and all residential required documents.

*         Working closely with candidates from abroad regarding their initial stay, visa procedures, training, transport and Medical insurance etc.

*         Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.

*         Managing reports related to New employees, Promotions, & Terminations etc.

*         Maintaining HR reports – Headcount report, HR MIS report, Outsource employee records, MIS Sheet etc.

*         Ensure the deadlines for implementation of the system and adhering to the same.
