• Perform loop checking and loop setting of Valve Air Ventilation(VAV) to the client as per Engineer/Supervisor’s schedule
• Loop checking/ loop testing/ functional and matrix testing of Air Handling Unit (AHU) instruments such as pressure/temperature/flow transmitters/ switches
• Field instrument installation based on instrument location plan and Piping instrument diagram (P & ID).
• Perform wire checking of field instrument to junction box up to Control Room.
• Monitoring of all installed instruments in air compressor 1 & 2 due to functional and matrix testing according to the command of engineering team in control room specially the condition of the turbine
• Servicing and Calibrating of control valves.
• De Coupling of valves and calibration of positioner
• Servicing of SOVs, Boosters, Filters, Regulators and other accessories in control valves
• Validation/Calibration of process instruments, especially smart family transmitter, Foxboro, Allen Bradley, Honey Well, Rosemount Transmitter like pressure temperature switches and gauges, Masoneillan control valves, gas detectors & measuring equipments.
• Doing Field instrument installation based on instrument location plan and Piping instrument diagram (P & ID).
• Loop checking of instrument controller, such as Honeywell, smart transmitter and control valves stroking and functional testing.
• On site validation/calibration PT, FT, LT and TT.
• Testing of fire alarm, smoke detector and heat protector.
• Performed preventive and corrective maintenance and new installation of process control Instruments such as Level, Pressure, Flow, and Temperature . Install, calibrate, trouble shoot, repair, commission and start-up of new projects involving instrumentation and electrical equipment.
• Installation of different type of elements like sensor, transmitter (temperature transmitter, differential pressure transmitter, flow transmitter, level transmitter). Loop check (Instrument, JB, controller) Checking the input output of the transmitter, computation of the correct value of their input output signal.
• Functional and simulation check of flow and pressure transmitter thermocouple, RTD and Control valve, gas detector using communicator and simulator.
• Pull-out of different kinds of instrument such as transmitters, actuator, control valves, flame detectors, gas detectors, thermocouple, RTD’s different kinds of Switches and others servicing/calibration of such instruments.
• Termination of power and instrument cables.
• Review and conduct isolation for maintenance scheduled preventive and corrective works.
• Responsible for panel erection, cable laying, cable glanding and termination, lighting, earthing etc.
