EXPERIENCE: 1. Rehman Medical Institute, Peshawar- 3 months in 2014 (Internship) Responsibilities: To observe and participate in various pharmacies both inpatient and outpatient. Basic aim was to collect data for the under-grad research project. Other activities included procurement, supply chain management, sales, inventory control, counseling and customer care etc. 2. Rehman Medical Institute, Peshawar. Nov, 2015-August, 2016. (Resident Pharmacist) Responsibilities: Sales, Counseling and patient care, research and data collection, data management, drug information through a proper call center setting, compounding etc. 3. Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar. Oct, 2016 till 1st Dec, 2019. (Pharmacist) Responsibilities: Selection and Procurement, Hospital pharmacy supply chain management, inventory control, pharmacy department accounts, budgeting, planning, policy making and SOPs, training of trainees and interns, education and counseling of patients, ensuring availability, record keeping, treatment planning in clinical team (internal medicine, infectious diseases and gynecology) , managing ADRs and ADEs, dose adjustments and dose calculations etc.

Smart Healthcare Metabolic Disease Clinic, Peshawar- Jan, 2020-Till Date (Clinical Pharmacy In-charge) Responsibilities: Managing the team that carries out purchase, inventory, compounding and sales of all the medicines and products, treatment planning and dose adjustments for patients with hepatic, cardiovascular and renal diseases. Record maintenance and conducting clinical trials of various chelating products. Initiated and Implemented Projects in HMC: Clinical Pharmacy Services in the Internal Medicine Department. Drug Information Services for Internal Medicine and Gynecology Departments. Contraception counceling services for clients using hormonal contraceptives. Diabetic educator services. Wound care and infection control SOPs in gynecological and obstetrical procedures. Development of Anti-biogram data for Pharmacy and Therapeutic committee in a team of three. Dose calculation for Tetanus and Rabies antisera. RESEARCH PROJECTS:
1. Undergrad research on substance abuse in KPK. 2. Carried out a survey regarding KAP of CAD and the research paper has been submitted to JPMI for publication. 3. M. Phil research project in progress on the following topic: Uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infections in Women: Microbe Spectrum and Susceptibility.
