Job Responsibility:

• Conduct financial concurrence;

• Dealing with corporate governance activities;

• Acts as a member of Tender Opening Committee (TOC), Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) & Purchase Committee considering the DoP and PPR;

• Deal with financing activities like Equity Calling, Bidder Financing, ECA financing etc.;

• Forecasting revenue in line with PPA (Purchasing Power Agreement);

• Authorizing Payments of various bills;

• Acceptance, review and release of Bank Guarantee (BG)/Performance Guarantee (PG)/Security Deposit (SD) etc.

• Vetting of Letter of Award (LOA)/Work Order (WO)/ Purchase Order (PO);

• Review various financial report;

Deputy Manager-Finance

1. Review quarterly financial report and submit report on the same to Audit & Risk Management Committee;

2. Contribute to develop various financial policies like general Financial Guidelines (GFG), Procurement Manual and Audit Manual;

3. Acts as a member of the Trustee Committee of the DSE Employee Provident Fund (EPF);

4. Develop annual audit plan and execute the same as per plan;

5.  Act as Team Member of the Exchange’s Budget Team where the Team is fully authorized to prepare and finalize the entire budget of the organization;

6.  Review expenditure and income charging are accurate and timely in place as per approved budget;

10. Acted as Branch In-Charge for 1.5 Years of DSE Sylhet Branch where the office was responsible to liaison between the organization and other stakeholders;

11.   Reporting the trend analysis and variance analysis of the project;

12.   Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data through Books of Accounts;
