Ø Father Mr. C.M. Mehta retired (Engineer) Manager from Escorts Ltd (Tractor Division).
Ø Wife Mrs. Shweta Mehta working as Purchase Officer with Thumbay Group, UAE.
Ø Late Grandfather retired Captain B.B. Lal Mehta (Sena Medal), Personal Number: SL-732. His name is engraved in War Memorial Town Park (Sec-12), Faridabad as War Heroes.

CURRENT JOB PROFILE:-
Ø Presently working as Administration Manager with Thumbay Clinic – Elite, UAE since 07.05.2017 till date. Overseeing the well-functioning of the medical facility, including its staffing, financing, policymaking, and patient care. Working diligently to ensure the needs of the clinic as well as its physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals are met. Involved in hiring new employees, creating work schedules, overseeing medical billing, drafting budgets, implementing policy changes, starting professional development training, ordering medical equipment, leading staff meetings, and negotiating insurance contracts. When patients have complaints, clinic manager steps in to diplomatically resolve the issue with good customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRA):-
· Handle clinic’s routine operations.
· Create and execute clinic related human resource and finance objectives and customer service.
· Guide and support participation in patient care delivery regularly.
· Manage facilities, equipment, supplies, personnel and resources in relation to cost containment.
