Responsible for the day to day manufacturing and leadership of Production & Quality Handler

Main Duties:-

Staffing, controlling, organizing, planning, directing and assess the working of production department in a manufacturing premises

Monitoring the hiring, training of fresh staff while using the new tools & methods, supervising the employees for efficient work

Suggestions for replacement on the time of machinery breakdown moreover create timetable for maintenance of tools

Motivate employees to adopt latest techniques and equipments to increase the production

Create methods and execute them for optimum use of labour, tools and raw materials to achieve mass production tasks
