 Lead and manage a team of engineers & technicians to provide speedy maintenance support and line setup of all production machines and equipments.
 Plans and develop jigs, machine and equipment performance
(OEE and Uptime) against the target and schedule an activities to surpass those target by implementing an effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program for jigs, machines, tools, programs upgrade and equipment to ensure high machine efficiency.
