I am Ricky L. Banisa from Benguet, Philippines. The source of income here is farming, also this is the source of income of my parents. I graduated in Agriculture, majoring Plant Pathology at Benguet State University.

As of now I am currently employed as Product Devolopment Officer at Pine Valley Corporation, local company. One of their business is chemical importation and distributor in lined here also is the potato seed production.

My job here are; Searching of agricultural chemicals, test, trials, and registration of the products, and potato seed production manager. In behalf of this, my payroll is not enough to support my parents for their needs specially now that they are going older and older.

For my attitudes, I can work independently, I am self motivated, I am flexible to any farm works and I have also possitive attitudes.
