I am writing to apply for the Shift Manager position. I worked as Trainee Shift Manager with McDonald UK, as a Trainee Shift Manager for two years and continued working with Mehak Hotel and Restaurant India from May 2017 till now. I have intense experience of retail experience. The last four of those years have been spent in a management role.

As a Trainee Shift Manager for McDonald UK,  I supervise staff, set employee schedules for the shift,  train new workers, deal with customer complaints and handle any situations that arise in the store while my shift. I have superior critical thinking skills am highly organized and possess excellent time management. My people skills are exemplary and I can deal with nearly any interaction with ease and a calm manner.

Working with Mehak Hotel and Restaurant I was responsible for supervise staff, allocate responsibilities, communicates with customers, collaborate with external parties, inspect facilities and safety standards.

I am familiar with all aspects of retail management and I am a quick learner. I would love the opportunity to bring these professional skills along with my knowledge of how to manage store in busy Conditions.
