Total Preventive Maintenance Administration: Generate preventive maintenance Work Orders using JD Edwards Software. Generate corrective maintenance Work Orders based on results of running and shutdown Preventive Maintenance inspections. Supervise running and shutdown P.M. activities. Inspects preventive, predictive and corrective works performed by contractors or in-house personnel if it meets the desired result. Monitor and close all completed P.M. work orders. Performs Non-Destructive Test (vibration, crack, ultrasonic testing etc.) on covered equipment for Predictive Maintenance Analysis. Conduct Equipment Failure Analysis using fishbone diagram, Failure Mode charting etc. Coordinate with top management on any recommendation that may come up and implement such.

AS SR.LUBRICATION ENGINEER;
Insure proper lubrication of all plant machineries and equipment by closely monitoring each area handled by the lubrication engineer, checking their log-books and giving instructions on priority works to be done. Encode to computer all activities done based on ISO documents and for proper monitoring of equipment history in JDE. Perform lubricant oil analysis for Tribology database to help diagnose oil and equipment condition. Ensure steady supply of lubricants by monitoring stock inventory and coordinating with suppliers and purchasing department. Randomly visit work site areas to see how lubrication engineer and lubmen perform their job and to personally monitor work and equipment condition in their respective area. Attend to daily meetings with management and staff to update concerns and recommendations.
