I would like to work in a Food and Beverage Department in order to broaden my experience with a challenging assignment, which would enable me to exercise my communication, organizational, and administrative skills in an effective manner.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Head Server/ Receptionist – Understanding the proper service and product knowledge. Taking orders, customer relations, up selling proper check closing and doing In-room service. Looks after the necessary preparations before the start of operation, requests and complaints, Clears-table of soiled dishes, dirt and trash.
• Banquet lead server – Learns the operations of Banquet environment like the buffet and station style service of formal sit down service for social and business functions, use of Banquet event order, décor & floral and techniques for leading banquet meetings.
