· Responsibilities vary from physically receiving imported and locally purchased Industrial Safety Materials and positioning of these materials. I was also responsible for giving the cost and actual selling price of such materials received before allocating them in different Branches and Warehouses. Warehouse Supervision in five different locations (Dammam, Jubail, Al-Khobar, Riyadh, and Jeddah) is also one of my primary tasks. This includes the proper maintenance and handling of the packaging and the product itself. · I was also assigned as the only operator of the Central Mainframe from which I maintained the Inventory Control of all the branches through our Network System. I was the one responsible for providing the accounting Department all the necessary hardcopy.

· I was responsible for physically receiving, issuing and controlling imported and locally manufactured raw and packaging materials. · Provided the assistance needed by the Materials Control Supervisor especially in allocating and controlling the flow of materials in and out of the production line, this also includes the proper maintenance and handling of the packaging and most especially the perishable materials. I was assigned to analyze the required materials and supplies of several production division based on their production output report and process these requirements through an existing data processing system (UNIX). · Processed data like the Stock Position Report, on a daily basis, using the Dbase111+ and submits the Department Accomplishment Report at the end of the month.
