Effectively managing the purchasing activities for the 16 project sites of MGS ready Mix Concrete Company nationwide which includes 3 major plants in Calabarzon area and Central Luzon. Activities include placing and following up on orders from the MGS’ suppliers for include consumables, stock items, equipment, spare parts and services
Monitor and review purchasing budgets: basic cost and or budget analysis
Perform strategic planning and action implementation for the delegated projects.
Negotiate with different suppliers for all the MGS’ sites and make sure that the process acquisition processed is followed which ensure that MGS obtain great deal for individual products as to quality, payment terms and discounts.
Ensure an accurate and timely provision of requested items.
Oversees purchasing requirement on spare- parts, consumables and contractors for MGS’ motor pool.
