Job Description:

• Appointed by Alghanim Industries as a Service supervisor, my responsibilities were towards servicing any GM vehicle in the required time while assuring a complete and quality oriented job. My positive and helpful attitude, accurate diagnosis, thoroughness and drive to do an excellent job was rapidly acknowledged and appreciated by the management.

I faithfully worked with the privilege of earning the trust, respect & admiration of my team members and supervisors who entrusted me with the responsibility of maintaining and managing the wide range of owners vehicles (Alghanim family), support and guide all other team supervisors and assist the service manager with streamlining the garage on an operational front to ensure smoother workflow.Currently my task is to head the Cadillac team and develop it into yet another high performance team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure the workshop loading is done effectively.

2. Ensure optimum level of productivity from the team.

3. Ensure the delivery times are met.

4. Establish and maintain high degree of discipline among the workforce.

5. Make sure all equipment is kept in a safe working order.

6. Ensure that all fire and safety measure are adhered to.

7. Ensure that workshop objectives and targets are achieved through

Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators [KPI’].

8. Liaise with Training Manager for annual training program.

9. Make sure there is a proper vehicle flow through the workshop.

10. Carry out frequent visits to fleet customers/ insurance companies to market our services.

11. Ensure that the workshop and surrounding areas are kept clean

12 Closely monitor & Control the amount of overtime.
