Introduction Letter

I am Ruijem C. Masangcay, 22 years of age. I am a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Cruise Line Operation Hotel Services. I am a goal and team oriented person, can work with minimum supervision, yet very eager to learn new things. My formal schooling had developed me to be a better individual, proactive and open to several ideas, keen to details making me a good follower and a leader.

I had my first Regular Working Experience at Taft Vito Cruz, Manila, where I handled the position of a Food and Beverage server. My Responsibilities includes but not limited to taking customer’s order and providing food and beverage services to guests. It was a fulfilling experience for me, learning several things which I believe can only be acquired through actual application of what had been thought in school.  I also had the chance of being a Bartender during our mock operation in Food and Beverages, preparing various drinks for the guests.

My first internship was in Maldives.  Aside from accomplishing one of the requirements in school, I took this also as a key to self-improvement and capability enhancement.  This internship has increased my professional knowledge, competence and skills.  Being exposed to different culture and nationalities in general has increased my totality as a service oriented individual. The Principles of Food Production which I had took has equipped me with several knowledge, but being a member of your respective company would definitely complete my career in the Hospitality Industry.
