· Maintaining Daily attendance record and ensure timely compilation of monthly attendance of all sites.
Updating and maintain Leave records, Sunday working and Overtime of calculation of employees of monthly basis.
· Rectifications of errors (if any), Timely follow-ups, compile and forward the information for payroll process
· Processing due deductions and adjustable of employees
· Collecting responses of recruitment advertisements, screen, shortlist & prepare salary /comparison grids for each positions after telecom interviews of candidates
· Interview scheduling for each positions, after selection, completing induction formalities & orientation plans of new hires.
· Assisting in preparation, implementation & monitoring of human resource policies
· Administering and updating employee data records in soft and hard copy for new & old employees as well
Conducting inquiries , resolving of employee grievances and entertaining employee requests
· Coordinating with the project sites in order to update Head office HR records & preparation of various reports on monthly /as & when required basis for the review of management
· Assisting to conduct annual performance appraisal of the company twice a year
· Assisting to in training & development function after the gap analysis
· Assisting AM-HR in updating joiners, leavers and manpower at Head office and site
· Assisting to procurement department/providing the employee data in order to get health & life insurance coverage’s
Performing other tasks as assigned by Management
