• Led team of 15 staff social and technical staff including doctors, engineering supervisors project assistants , and social organizers to manage a US$ 900,000/- program that focused on improving Health status of flood affected people of three Districts i.e. Charsadda, Peshawar and Nowshera of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province through capacity building trainings of health staff, repair and refurbishment health facilities and provision of necessary medical equipment’s
• Prepared weekly and monthly work plans of the project activities
• Managed to reactivate and build the capacity of thirty (30) flood affected health facilities in three Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through repair and revitalization work
• Implemented structured capacity building training program on primary health care services for 1630 health staff at District Peshawar, Charsadda and Nowshera KP Province
• Provided medical equipment including five dental unites to flood affected health facilities to twenty two(30) health facilities’
• Formed twenty eight(30) health committee on each health facility level and linked the communities to health facilities through community mobilization process
• Successfully coordinated with all government departments to achieve the proper implementation of the project activities by getting Non Objection Certificates (NOCs) and signing Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs)
• Previously implement a project for Flood Affected People of FATA where I have achieved the following
• Implemented a project of US$ 350000/- emphasized on to support flood affected people and houses of Khyber and Mohmand Agencies of FATA
• Provided financial assistance to 800 flood affected families by giving them Rs.25000/- per family in three installments
• Constructed and revitalized 35 Community Physical Infrastructure Schemes (CPIs) including water supply schemes and street pavements in 35 villages of Khyber and Mohmand Agencies of FATA
• Conducted regular monitoring visits to the project sites and work quality and progress
• Submitted quantitative and qualitative monthly, quarterly and project end reports to the regional office, head officer and to the donors
