forward it to pattern maker to make a new pattern for sample making. Items woven Bottom,
Blazer, Ladies Dresses
b. Fabric & Trims sourcing.
c. Making initial costing & quote the price to customer.
d. Develop 1
st initial Sample to submit customer.
e. Washing follow up if garment’s have wash.
f. Making Critical path (TNA).
g. Capacity booking send to the planning dept for finalizing the PCD.
h. Making PO Tracker & share it to the planning dept.
i. Checking the weekly sample plan.
j. Check with customer for new order.
k. Product research & present to customer.
l. Presentation making for customer.
m. Greige fabric booking after receiving the confirmation from the customer.
n. Thread & Trims Consumption, Sourcing & Booking.
o. Create Final Cost sheet & Bill of material and handover it to Supply Chain department
p. Making PP sample after approving initial/grade sample..

q. Lab dip, trims, bulk fabric color, and quality submit to the buyer for approval.

r. Cut Plan release according to size B/D.
s. Preparing production file & Trim Card.
t. Conduct PP meeting with quality team and production team.
u. Daily production & Shipment status follow up.
