Responsibilities:

▪ To check stock levels, maintaining a minimum balance level and making requisition accordingly. ▪ To coordinate and participate in housekeeping inventories. ▪ To demonstrate full knowledge of fire prevention training and ensure your subordinates and you follow the duties upon hearing the alarm. ▪ To ensure your subordinates, your grooming and personal hygiene is maintained at the highest level at all times. ▪ To report any loss,theft, damage or strange behavior/ incident to your superior immediately. ▪ To train and develop all staff to the desired level of skill,knowledge and competency required to ensure standard performance. ▪ To attend any nominated training session and furthermore ,constantly asses your subordinates training needs. ▪ To establish and maintain a work atmosphere filled with team spirit among your housekeeping colleages and other departments.To ensure efficient practice of a team leader.To carry out any reasonable task as requested by your supervisor as and when needed.
