 Training farmers by socialization in commercial poultry and best agronomy practices in Bukomansimbi

N2AFRICA/COMPRO II/ SUFACE Project – June, 2012 to June, 2013
Student RESEARCH ASSISTANT.
Joined Makerere University, Soil science Department, on behalf of N2Africa and performed tasks/responsibilities including establishing field experiments, data collection and management, training farmers in agronomic skills, soil and plant analysis, statistical analysis; and writing and/or editing progress reports and technical papers.
Involved in conducting the following research:
 Response of groundnut to P and rhizobia
 Agricultural input adulteration on the Ugandan market and its effects on production
