Main activities & responsibility

Ø  Processing the billing system and controlling all the operation of billing and Reading of water meter using the water supply information system application found by the INTAPS plc. Network installation for the LAN of the company when workers/ clients to the server are added up.

Ø   Generating a monthly bill to make it available for the consumers when they are coming to pay the monthly bill. Taking back up of the database monthly when completing the payment and the next months’ bill is in the queue to be generated and daily or weekly based on the requirement.

Ø  Controlling the daily financial transaction that is operated through the system. Money is collected daily from the customers with bill collectors and will be deposited to main cashier. The main cashier deposits the money to the bank. These all processes are controlled by the system administrator.
