We worked with this client for this opportunity, motivated and convinced NOUR Industry team for this
Partnership agreement. After the signing of this Franchise Partner agreement with Siemens, arranged for the necessary Franchise Partner Training of NOUR with the H.Q colleagues for the training by Siemens AG at Siemens Turkey at Siemens Kartel Facility Istanbul Turkey.
After the training of NOUR Sales, project management & Technical team at Siemens Kartal Istanbul facility, I had been facilitating NOUR team for effective usage of the Technical tool and offer making tools from Siemens AG.
Afterwards, kept supporting them technically & commercially in order for them for the securing the projects from the market successfully.
In full coordination and agreement with the Headquarter colleagues, signed the BTA with NOUR for
their business Targets for Siemens MV Products & associated hardware for the fiscal year. And kept supporting and pushing NOUR to achieve those targets.
Distributors Channels for SIEMENS Saudi Arabia:
Developed new distributors’ channels all over the kingdom of Saudi Arabia i.e. in Central region, Eastern Region, Western Region and Southern Region. Technically & commercially groomed those distributor channels, and trained them for the sales and marketing of the existing and new Siemens LV Products for different major end clients in Saudi Arabia. Facilitated them with the Siemens Logistics procedure and arrangements according to their requirements, in order to ensure the maximum optimum enhanced sales achievements from them.
Facilitation and techno-commercial grooming of the existing distributor partners all over the kingdom of Saudi Arabia i.e. in Central region, Eastern Region, Western Region and Southern Region. Supported them for the sales and marketing of the existing and new Siemens LV Products for different major end clients in Saudi Arabia. Achievements for successful Sales and execution support to Scientechnic Dubai (Rep. of SIEMENS AG Germany in Dubai):
I introduced & implemented the SIVACON 8PT LV Switchgear system and associated Siemens LV Products to Scientechnic Dubai (local representative of Siemens AG Germany in Dubai) in 2001 & 2002.
I trained the sales team for sales, marketing and the team for estimation for offer preparation.
Supported their production team for the implementation of the SIVACON 8PT LV Switchgear & MCC panels and for Siemens LV Products. As well as directed them to ensure quality and standards as per Siemens AG Germany QAC / QM systems & to follow as per Siemens Technical standards based on IEC / EN (European) Standards.
Achievements for SIEMENS Karachi:
After my arrival from SIEMENS AG Germany to Siemens Karachi Pak., in July ‘2001, I was assigned the responsibility to implement the SIVACON 8PT LV Switchgear system in Siemens Karachi
In the first phase, I trained the selected people from all the departments i.e. Sales, Engineering / design, Planning & Production.
In production, the prototypes of the SIVACON 8PT LV Switchgear panels were made to ensure the quality and standards as per Siemens AG Germany QAC / QM systems & to follow Siemens Technical standards based on IEC / EN (European) Standards.
I trained the sales team for sales, marketing and the team for estimation for offer preparation.
The SIVACON 8PT system has been successfully implemented in Siemens Karachi. We had already sold and executed many Projects with this LV Switchgear system (for local clients and for Dubai UAE).
