I graduated from Gondar University, School of Pharmacy with Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy and have Master’s Degree in Business administration (MBA) with supply chain management specialization
I have good experience working with FMOH, EPSA, Regional Health bureau and Partners in supply chain management and Health Program Including ARV up on implementing IPLS and coordinating activities with partners working on logistics for better integration of supply chain, and actively engaged in strengthening and controlling the Pharmaceutical inventory System of EPSA when I was working at EPSA for more than 4 years. My experience was boosted when I worked at JSI/AIDs free project as Health commodity logistic adviser for the SNNPR Region in Implementing the IPLS by different capacity building modality for one year which now I am currently working as Supply chain advisor Seconded at EPSA by JSI which I am Also assigned to support Health program including ARV Supply chain and I am Highly engaged in Supporting EPSA on the overall Supply chain operation(Quantification, Procurement and Distribution, and M and E) of the health program Including ARV, Facilitate data collection/analysis covering in the supply chain management to ensure commodity security which I was more engaged to provide technical assistance to EPSA to support the design and implementation of core and country supply chain interventions to improve product availability at the county level.
My experience at working at EPSA had given me the opportunity to have a good knowledge and experience on Pharmaceutical supply chain and Health program Since I am an active member of National health program Logistic TWG and to do activities with known agency’s multifaceted activities and hence government’s policies and strategies on pharmaceutical management. I have been highly engaged in supporting the Supply chain of Health programs by providing technical assistance at Quantification, Procurement and Distribution of the health Commodity. I have taken a lot of supply chain related training and took a role in different supply chain manuals and training materials preparations.
