Position:  Safety Officer – November 2015 – December 12, 2016

Conduct safety inspection daily in workplace
Identify different working environment hazards
Support the development of OHS policies and programs
Advise and Instruct on various safety-related topics(Noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive measures
Review existing policies and measures and updates according to Legislation.
Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives
Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or nonconformity(ex: No protective equipment)
Oversee installation, maintenance, disposal of substances.
Stop any unsafe acts of processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle workers Compensation claims
Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper Management.

Position:  Operation Supervisor – (June 2010 – December 12, 2016)

 

Supervising Day and Night operation on Kitchen and Dining.
In-charge in reading the Cash register machine for end of day sales report.
Conducting cash count report of the entire cashier in every end of the operation.
In-charge of handling the daily Revolving fund of EDR/EC.
Preparing the Daily Menu and the daily marketing report.
Ordering of Raw materials needed for the next day operation.
Purchasing of the stocks needed for everyday operation.
Encoding of weekly menu to be submitted to the HR/Admin officer.
Encoding of Receipt of daily delivery to the MRR.
Checking the payroll of the regular employees of the canteen.
In charge for the payroll of the on-call staff.
Purchase items in the Supermarket, Grocery & public market needed for daily operations.
Receive delivery.
Issue requested stocks
Perform the duties of the Counter staff, Waiter, Kitchen staff & Buss boy whenever one is absent.

Position:  Stock / Receiving/ Purchasing clerk – (July 2006 – June 2010)

 

Receive delivery.
Handle stock card – posting of MRR and ISSUANCE report.
Issue requested stocks.
Purchase items that will be needed for the next day operation.
Ordering stocks to the supplier for next day operation.
Prepare summary of issuance of EC & EDR to be submitted to the Finance officer on the 10th day of the following month.
Prepare summary of EC inventory to be submitted to the Finance Officer on the 10th day of the following month.
Perform duties of EDR stock clerk whenever he is absent.
Encoding of daily direct issuances, costing issuance & Cycled menu for EC.
Issue items which needed for the next day preparation.
Performs weekly and monthly inventory.
Handle account of other charges of MLBG personnel.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the superior such:
(Waiter, Bartender, Counter boy).
