Founder and sole proprietor of the natural food store chain d/b/a The Market Place, which is currently located in luxury mixed-use properties in Bergen County, New Jersey. The Market Place offers a wide variety of natural and organic food products for sale as well as a full service juice bar. Drafted the plans and specifications to build out the interior of the retail space from a vanilla box to a functioning natural food store and juice bar. Hand select organic and natural food products from all over the world to sell at the store, which vary according to the season and demand. The Market Place exclusively sells the Liquid Salad cold pressed juice and smoothie line.

Charity and Community Wellness Programming: Provider of health and wellness services for charitable organizations, religious institutions and community outreach programs, including the American Cancer Society and American Diabetes Association, offering services such as: (i) marathons to promote an organization’s health and wellness objectives; (ii) lectures on the health benefits of natural foods, juicing and exercise; (iii) presentations on the manner in which fruits, vegetables and whole grains will protect against cancer, various inflammatory diseases, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and high blood pressure; (iv) distribution of juices from the Liquid Salad line and organic products from The Market Place; and (v) training individuals on healthy food selections. Partnered with Englewood Hospital and Medical Center and the American Diabetes Association to organize a 5K marathon consisting of 300 participants to promote diabetes awareness.
