Work and Achievements at Wendy’s UAE.
Ø 2014- 2018 ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER at “WENDY’S (FAST FOOD FAMILY RESTAURANT).
Ø Joined as a RESTAURANT TRAINEE SUPERVISOR but after 6 Months I was Promoted as a CERTIFIED SHIFT SUPERVISOR.
Ø Then I was handed my PDP (PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN) which included with various Training and Achievements given below
Ø RBS (RUNNING BETTER SHIFTS) Certified on 21st May 2014.
Ø FOOD SAFETY CERTIFICATION on 9th Feb 2015
Ø PIC (PERSON IN CHARGE CERTIFICATE) By DUBAI MUNICIPALITY Commonly Known as AL BALADIA on 7th Dec 2015.
Ø MPS (MANAGE PROFITABLE SHIFT ) on 21st Aug 2016
Ø After I Finished my PDP I was Promoted as a MIC (MANAGER IN CHARGE) and was looking after a Restaurant with the help of 10 CREW and 2 SUPERVISOR.
Ø It was an ALL IN ALL Restaurant which included DINE IN,TAKE OUT,DELIVERY as well as PUW.
Ø The Restaurant when I took the Handover was Rated as a Low volume Restaurant in terms of Sales and P&L with a Ranking of 7th among the 17 Restaurants Wendy’s operated in Middle East.
Ø Within a Year the Sale almost Doubled as I realized that there was a Potential in that area to Increase Delivery Sales as I Segregated the areas into HOT,TEPID and COLD.
Ø Hence the Profitability increased and we were among the TOP 3 Restaurant in UAE MARKET in Terms of P&L.
Ø Then I was Transferred to a CTR (CERTIFIED TRAINING RESTAURANT) AL GHURAIR where my KRA was to Develop the Old Crew as well as TRAIN Newly Appointed MANAGERS,SUPERVISORS and CREW as per their POC.
Work and Achievements at McDonalds India
Ø 2009 – 2014, worked at McDonalds’ INDIA as a “TRAINEE FLOOR MANAGER”
Ø Joined with a Responsibility of Running Smooth Operation as well as a Backup Replacement wherever required during PRP.
Ø Within a Year I was Promoted as a FLOOR MANAGER as I Completed my FLOOR MANAGEMENT COURSE in No Time.
Ø I was also Trained How to Lead a Shift by following a BASIC SHIFT MANAGEMENT COURSE which I Successfully Completed on 23rd March 2012.
Ø On Completion of BSMC I started training for ADVANCE SHIFT MANAGEMET COURSE which I completed within a span of only 8 months and was Certified as ADVANCE SHIFT MANAGEMENT LEADER on 21st Dec 2012.
Ø After this I attended a Training Session by Our Regional Maintenance Equipment Department which was held for 3 Consecutive Days related to all the Equipment we use in the Restaurant and hence I completed another Training Session and was Certified with a REGIONAL EQUIPMENT TRAINING CERTIFICATE on 19th Feb 2013.
Ø On Completion of ASMC I was Promoted as a ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER.
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING:
Ø Extensive training undertaken by McDONALDS TRAINING TEAM regarding every aspect of a store(SOP).I have also been trained by the WENDY’S for the betterment of a store from different aspects like Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Do’s and Don’ts, Maintaining the Checklist, Following Food Safety etc.
