· Overall responsible for technical survey, estimation, design, implementation, monitoring, supervision, quality control.

• Responsibility for lead project planning, execution, monitoring and closing out, in all concerned technical and contractual terms.

• Performed all QC test at the site and at the laboratory.

• Implementation of water supply and irrigation projects on rural area of province.

• Read, understand and apply the Project Operational Manual, Technical Manual

• Reviewed all Specification, Drawings, and Scope of work, technical requirement, and RFP and contract documents.

• Works together with local communities in preparing project proposals including technical design, position of tube well with hand pump, cost estimation, bill of quantities and other details for community-based neighborhood development projects.

• Perform all necessary test required such as, pump test, recovery test of water, compressor for cleaning of tube well and water quality test.

• Undertake regular field visits and provide technical assistance involved in planning, designing, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of the projects.

• Keep regular track of the progress of all projects being implemented in the field

• Support Team Leader in planning, designing and conducting awareness raising and capacity building.

• Implementation of construction project according to design, Technical specifications and documents.

• Follow up work schedule for implementation of structural elements and inform Project Manager.

• Able to solve related problems and deficiencies which happen in the project.

• Be able to provide Technical quantity estimation for the construction project.

• Perform all construction and related project activities as per approved design and drawing.

• keeping regular communication about the project status and current issues with the Chief

Engineer and Project Manager.

• Ensure the project site is in compliance with construct requirements.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the line supervisor.
