During this tenure, i worked as Field Service Engineer for ROLAND (digital printer) & SABRI JET (local printer). Installation, customer support & providing technical support were the nature of my job.

Worked as an in charge Printing section, printing different formats through JETI & rectify technical problem was the core Job. During this tenure, I operated & rectified problems in DGI, ROLAND & JETI printers.

Technical Skills

Under Installation of printer my job requires:
site preparations.
Electrical cable jointing.
Preparing the workstation for Rip station installation.
Feed back the client about the site set up.

Making Color Profiles.
After installation, I make color profiles on different mediums (Flex, Vinyl and Backlit) to match the printing production through eye1 device.

Experience Over inks.

Experience over understanding inks viscosity, grain size, Pico liters and so the characteristics i.e Dye sublimation, UV, Reactive, Mild Solvent or Solvent.

·       Training Operators.

After matching colors, I train operators how to run the printer.Starting up, shutting down and dealing with faults includes the nature of job.

Technical Support.
To provide, technical support and to help operator to rectify problems in any set up where printer is installed.
By phone, visiting or giving technical document over problem.

Customer Handling.
Fluent in English language to handle client in a very cool way.
Make client understand the problem & how to rectify it.

Familiar with Hardware of computer & software related to Printing Machines. (Onyx, Wasatch, PhotoPrint, VersaWorks & RasterProLink etc.).
