• Responding to the Consumer, Dasher, Merchant Inquiries using our Salesforce chat, email, social media.
• Providing technical support to their App Issue.
• Following Up the orders to the Merchant.
• Making sure that the items are correct.
• Assigning Macro and Provide proper response through email.
• Escalating Case to the Account Management.
• Processing Payment over the phone.
• Giving Instruction and Direction to the Dasher.
• Marking the order status as Delivered.
• Processing Refund and Credit to our Consumer.
• Account Deactivation if the consumers or dashers are abuser.
• Documenting the case after providing the resolution.
• Following up the pending case.
• Outbounding the consumer if neccesary.
• Proving email and chat-based support during US business hours.
