Industry: Plastic Manufacturing – B2B-Mfg of Plastic Crates and supply to MNC’s of Beverage Industries like Heineken, AMBO, Coca-Cola, and Habesha Breweries etc.

v  Supported business performance & sustainability through financial management, implementation & execution of strategic planning.

v  Benchmarked studies to establish areas of potential Operational & Process improvements.
