o Develop proposal for fund raising, fund management, multi-donor grants management, develop country strategic plan, sector plan of education, youth, child protection, advocacy strategy, sustainability strategy, partnership strategy, community sensitization manual, programme operational manual, standard operation procedure (SoP) and other documents pertaining to programmes in Bangladesh.

Build partnership with informal sector employers, local urban elites, local govt. representatives to form the community CSR groups in order to institutionalize social compliance issues in lower tier supply chain of garment and electronic companies.
o Facilitate the Joint Child Labour Working Group and a civil society network ‘Together with Working Children’ to formulate the National Child Labour Elimination Policy 2010 and National Plan of Action (NPA)under the leadership of the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
o Facilitate the building of skilled labour force, apprenticeship management, establishment of occupational safety and health, code of conduct, work place development both formal and informal employment sector.
o Develop policies and guidelines for the companies of garments and electronics sector in Bangladesh by assessing CSR related policies, guidelines in Bangladesh and other South Asian nations. Ensure increased capacity and accountability of private sector companies and government agencies to implement and monitor CSR policies, guidelines through improving internal policies and practices accordingly.
o Leadership in formation and establishment of community youth volunteer group and peer to peer group engaged in various advocacy initiatives in partnership with youth led organizations for safe and sustainable youth employment, building awareness against sexually transmitted diseases, early pregnancy and other issues affecting youth seriously in Bangladesh.
o Provide strategic feedback in developing relevant handbook, operational learning methods, publication and disseminating for replication at local and international level.

1. Plan, direct, coordinate, and lead activities of Sustainable Communities Initiative (SCI)
project to ensure that goals, objectives and all elements of the RVB are accomplished
within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
2. Review SCI/RVB funding application to determine time frame, funding limitations,
procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available
resources to various phases of project.
3. Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arrange for assignment
of project personnel.
4. Responsible for supervision of all consultants, the Partnership Coordinator/HUD Point
of Contact, and all planning/administrative staff assigned to the Project to ensure it is
on schedule and within budget.
5. Outline work plan to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

Ensure Partners have fulfilled all NGO Affairs Bureau Requirements and other assignments for overall project management
Lead, team members to ensure wider implementation of community based biodiversity management in the ecologically critical areas of Netrakona. Facilitate community mobilization, empowerment and involvement of community members in implementing the field level works. Develop plan & budget, concept note, training module, brochure, leaflet, bill board and other tasks for field level implementation. Facilitate training, organizing workshops, designing of training materials and interact with local government and diverse range of counterparts and stakeholders. Facilitate PRA, Participatory Action Plan Development and other programs executed by the PNGO. Institutionalization of the village conservation groups (VCGs) and village conservation centers (VCCs) in implementing guidelines for biodiversity resources, sustainable and eco-friendly IGA and other parts as sustainable ecology management.
