·                  Performed the following tasks, linetracing, calibration of differential pressures witch, and flow transmitter, installation of gas analyzer, valve testing, re-commissioning of actuators, and pressure simulation(protection) test, review of spare parts lists, leak testing

·         Experience in maintenance, calibration, testing, trouble-shooting, and repair of pneumatic and electronic process control monitoring instruments as well as electrical equipments of the plant, maintenance, checking, and testing of speed and vibration monitoring of pumps and motors. This includes all the necessary paperwork, preparation and recording test data.

·         Attended a training course from a government accredited institution about the important topics in instrumentation and automation. The first module is about “Rational of Industrial Instrumentation”. This includes process variable measurement and monitoring, product quality monitoring and control, plant safety/safe guarding monitoring, and control, use of P&IDs, instrumentation tags, symbols, identification, and control, and process variable measurement and instruments

The second module is about processes and process control and controllers, discussions on typical process control system and loop diagram and throttling control (Proportional, Proportional-Integral, and Proportional-Integral-Derivative).

The third module is mainly about hand-on of the first and second module calibration of different instrumentation instruments.
