I work as a Customer service representative here at the Philippines. As a CSR, we do all around task such as Proctoring students to take their exams online. We do troubleshooting on their end if they can’t connect, such as their Internet connections, videos, microphones and cameras. Before starting the job under Proctoring, we were trained to do simple troubleshooting. Even though the course that I took is not related to my present work today. I would like to apply for this job, to expand my learnings and to share my skills as well in troubleshooting under tech support. I’m willing to be trained for further understanding the job that I applied for if my skills from my job is not that much learning I was trained.
