Title: Field Coordinator and External M&E
Managing Integrity’s field team in Northeast Syria. Managing and coordinating the work of the
enumerators in northeast Syria, tasking them with activities, and responsibilities as appropriate. Ensure
the security of the team in Syria. Support the Team Lead in the completion of the monitoring and
evaluation deliverables, such as by designing data collection tools and running data analyses.
Support the Project Manager in identifying the enumerators and managing their day to day activities.
Work with the Team Lead on designing the data collection tool and creating the tools in Arabic into
remote data collection (Kobo or ONA). Conduct the training of the enumerators and ensure they have a
clear understanding on the objective of the data collection; provide them with technical knowledge on
healthcare services. Follow-up team’s movements during visits. Receive, manage and work on cleaning
the data received from the field on a weekly basis and work on quality assurance of the data by validating
to ensure reliability. Work with the team leader on analysing the data. When possible, organise short
remote workshops with enumerators to debrief the field visits, ask background information on context
and follow up questions.

Complete the procurement plan/process from program department side starting from submitting PR to
participating in panel of tender process. Reported final distribution and final project done to program
manager, donor, partner. Reported weekly and monthly report to program manager, donor, partner.
Coordination with FSL cluster, attend all FSL meeting related and prepare 4Ws, and related with value
chain. Coordinate to ensure all activities of program is ok and implementation with our plan. Work under
RISE project and distribute Agriculture inputs, sheep, Rehabilitation of irrigation channel. Work under the
ROSE project and supervisor all activities from Agriculture inputs, irrigation channels, agriculture drainage
canals, cash for work. Supervisor on all the team in al Hasakeh and Al Raqqa to do all activities as the
Plan. Review the proposal with financial/budgeting plan part in order to follow project objectives/steps
with planned criteria, in/out put and goals. Preparing/submitting/developing activity reports, final report
and any other required reports. Regularly co-ordinate and communicate with CHF staff and stakeholders
in order to ensure the effective, day-to-day implementation of programs; liaising closely with especially
logistics, security, and MEAL, to ensure a rapid, appropriate and effective response. Ensure we
reach/achieve the goals of the project following proposal indicators by the numbers of beneficiaries and
appropriate with the budget with respecting deadlines. Participate to prepare the proposal for a new
project SLS about agriculture, multiplication seeds , livestock , irrigation channels and REH of bakeries
