Forecast Visual Display parts to ensure at least 1.5 months worth of stock given the two to four months vendor lead time
Maintain optimum stock level to avoid unnecessary cost on warehouse storage and scrapping non moving stocks
Chase ETD to different vendors and subsidiaries for urgent orders and back order items
Support accredited service centers by ensuring that they have good on-front-stock and by answering inquiries on parts as fast as possible
