1. Developing, Studying, updating and simplifying HR process and maintenance of HRMIS.
2. Responsible to process GD, FIR and all Legal Actions, communication with law firms, lawyer, Police Station, GOB, NGO etc.
3. Responsible to handle all disciplinary procedure.
4. Routine HR activities like attendance, leave, vehicle and salary management.
5. Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
6. Responsible to find out & handle employee’s grievance and ensure proper motivation.
7. Employee counseling to ensure job satisfaction and maximum productivity.
8. Prepares budget of human resources operations.
9. Responsible for organize annual events, conferences, seminars and other large business events.
