Personal Statement
I currently work as Agricultural engineer at peach and mangoes orchard in the west desert land. Also iam an assistant management engineer at greenhouse, i have small organic farm I advise farmers to make the right
choice in variety to achieve the highest production and Quality . In detail, looking at the condition of the plants , Fertilizer , crop protection and climate control to improve the Quality and production with targeted advice .
Work history
Agricultural Engineer , at peach , mangoes orchard and in greenhouse for Vegetable production at West of MINIA , January 2018 _ Present Leading a team of twenty staff at peach and mangoes orchard . AS well as managing my team , we analyse all the growing aspects ( substrate, climate, nutrition, plant performance labor and pest and diseases ) to creat the perfect mix to reach maximum quality and yield new influences as next generation growing are part of this total concept .

• I was trained for a month at the Agricultural Research Station in Beni Suef city .
