Duties and Responsibilities
1. Document QC checklist, SPI/Work instruction, pass/fail criteria based from customer /product specifications, engineering note and customer information and orient all affected QC personnel.
2. Coordinates quality issues and feedback to concern section eg. production ,process ,test eng ,IQC and MEE and assures effective execution on timely manner
3. Conduct periodic traceability verification on selected products
4. Interface with new product group before and during NPI stage and identify quality gates and techniques and adapt to FMEA as necessary
5. Perform FAI on NPI and ECO changes
6. Oversee and performs as necessary reliability test related to the product
7. Ensures queries and issues are addressed and responded to at soonest possible time (response time of 24 hrs).
8. Coordinates with internal team to attain lead time of 2/5/10 days for root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer issues
9. Generates reports a s required by customer for the facilitation of weekly telecons.
10. Identifies customer requirements for the facilitations of quality performance improvement.
