ü  Handle varied processes in automobile manufacturing unit at Production – Machine Shop, Assembly Shop, Press Shop, Paint Shop,  TIG / MIG, Welding Process.

ü  Achieve the targets as per production plan by following the standards

ü  Analyzing the process rejection and proposing the corrective action and ensuring the effectiveness of the corrective action and implement corrective action at the production end.

ü  Process & Productivity Improvement.

ü  Handling the customers for quality issues

ü  Analyzing the customer complaints and take the corrective action

ü  Periodic supplier audit

ü  Prepare  PPAP, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram,  etc.,

ü  Handling experience in Problem Solving through QC Tools, SPC, Process Control in Manufacturing & Assembly Shop.

ü  Poka-yoke, Kaizen, 5S, & Problem Analysis

Effective in utilizing resources, improving productivity
