Areas of responsibility: phase I (compost), phase II (pasteurization), spawning, 2nd shift (sanitation, pest control, follow indications in growing rooms) and 3rd shift (follow indications of growing rooms).

Achievements:

Improving the coordination of the areas I obtained the following results:

– Better staff attitude

– Reduction in overtime

– Better handling of raw materials and therefore a better formulation of compost

– Improving the standard operating procedures

– Better handling of information by recording the history of each crop

– Increase the credibility of the areas seeing better results.

These changes combined with the efforts of other areas have been reflected in improved performance by crop.
