Position : Administrative Assistant
Duties : Arrange and organize for the meetings in the Ministry. Liaise with
Government Institutions and Departments on matters relating to
statements, petitions and questions concerning the Ministry. Secretary to
Departmental/Division meetings and ensures timely Production and
distribution of Agenda/Notices and Minutes. From the Parliament Gallery,
the Administrative Assistant listens to the debates on the floor of Parliament
and brings to the attention of the Permanent Secretary any issues concerning
the ICT sector. Close supervision of, stationery distribution and stores
management assists Transport Office in Transport matters. Assist in the
supervision of secretarial and support staff. Assist in the upkeep and safety
of the Ministry’s premises and equipment.
