Capstone Design Project: Revamping Product Separation Unit in Naphtha Hydrotreating Plant
l Reviewed existing Naphtha Separation Unit design and examined the viability of revamping the old design to achieve 50% higher productivity with the industrial product standards.
l Collaborated with a 6-member team to research, design, and present the revamped design to the client.
l Scheduled and assigned hours to 100+ tasks for the project on a Gantt Chart by using MS Project, updated the Gantt chart to ensure the process is steadily maintained and all deadlines were met.
l Developed and tested simulation models of equipment set up and use the model to produce a quality result by ensuring samples passes Company Standard.

l Understand the physical properties and reactions of common organic compounds in Chemical processing industry.

Track Coordinator- Canada Chinese Christian Winter Conference Jan – Dec 2017
l Organized a weeklong full-time conference of 800+ attendances with other Planning Committee. Coordinated with volunteers from a different position to maintain the great fluidity of the conference.
