• Interfacing with senior management and heads of the department for implementing policies & procedures. • Developing budgets and& annual plans to managing facilities as per the organisational needs and parameters. • Ensuring maintenance of large sized facilities including infrastructure, building, HVAC / power system etc. • Conducting cost effective logistic operations & seamless materials movement to ascertain sufficient inventory levels. • Fixed asset management of material & handling procurement of the same in the desired timeframe. • Driving a safe environment & creating zero-accident & occurrence culture by implementing applicable HSC Policies. • Negotiating and finalising service agreements with reliable contractors for execution of servicing works as per parameters. Skills set. 1. Excellent property management skills, Mechanical and maintenance of the IT- buildings 2. Handling customer (Clients) day to day complaints in the entire ‘Tech Park’. Support the clients, on maintenance of, Electro Mechanical equipment’s, and up keeping the entire building with advanced operational Techniques. 3. Take Initiatives on resolving day to operational issues, rectify with the internal team and address the clients. 4. Up keeping the soft services of the building. 5. Good command over the Technical team for the getting the proper rectification work done. 5. Target on customer service standers: 6. Up gradation of the Building in terms of maintenance of “Quality Building”. 7. Maintenance of building (Look and Feel factors of the building) Construction, Housekeeping Landscaping. 8. Assets and Tech park management. 9. Overall responsible and supportive function on deliverable. 10. Proper process implementation and standard operational procedures.
