JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Teaches application software applications such as Ms Office (Ms Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Flash, General Mathematics, Media Information Literacy, Empowerment Technologies

-Taught classes from Grade 9 to Grade 12 with 40 students per class ages 13- 17 years old.

-Prepares daily lesson plan, uses different approaches such as discovery, lecture, demonstration or role play.

-Assigns portfolio projects, evaluate, record, and report student’s academic and behavioral progress to parents and administration.

-Counsel students with regard to academic, behavioral and personal issues.

-Provide ongoing assessment and implementation of enrichment activities to meet student’s needs in a diverse class.

-Conducts and facilitates seminars for teachers to update them in using technology in the classroom. Conducted Google Apps for Education workshops, and other technology related seminars for teachers.

– Conducts and facilitates workshops for students to enrich their knowledge in creativity and arts.

– Handled and maintained the computer laboratory

– Participated in periodic developmental workshops as required

– Actively joins and serves as trainer for students in school-wide  Technology  and Livelihood Education competitions.
